The application is intentionally short. 3 questions and approximately 1000 words. Applicants must have completed their first year of doctoral studies and be enrolled at an ATS-accredited institution. The application can be found at diakonossolutions.com.

Applications are due by 8/4/23, with scholarship recipients notified by 9/5/23.

This is the third year Diakonos Solutions is offering scholarships.

Keller was the founding pastor at Redeemer Presbyterian.

It is with a heavy heart that I write today to inform you that Redeemer Presbyterian Church founder and long-time senior pastor, Tim Keller, passed away this morning at age 72,

Pollard, III, tenth president of Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, announced his intention to retire in 2023. President Pollard will serve until a new president is named and assumes office, no later than January 2024. The Board of Trustees authorized chair Elizabeth Clay to appoint a presidential search committee at its October meeting, and this group, which will include representatives from the faculty, staff, alumni and student body, will begin its work soon.

At age 95, Reese, a minister of Word and Sacrament in the PC(USA) for more than seven decades, officially retired from his position with the Presbyterian Foundation as Minister of Specialized Interpretation, a consulting position he’d held since 1995.

The college’s president, Matt vandenBerg, surprised her with this news – her receipt of the scholarship – during a service at her home church, Raleigh Court Presbyterian Church in Roanoke, Virginia, in March.
