Rev. David B. Wigger is a beloved and broken child of God, father to Elly (7) and Jacob (5), husband to Amy, son of J. Bradley and Jane, an avid runner, and also serves in ministry with the congregation of Independence Presbyterian Church just outside Cleveland, Ohio.
